You will be briefed thoroughly for any interviews that are arranged. Client details to include job specifications, client contacts and maps provided and constructive post interview feed-back is provided between interview rounds. Full guidance during this stage and any the offer stage is provided to achieve the successful negotiation of remuneration to include basic salary and benefits, bonus expectation, incentives and equity allocation.
