J.D. Search & Selection Limited

Advertised Selection

Advertised selection can offer a swift conclusion to your requirements. Well written, timed and placed advertising can generate enough suitable candidates to fill executive and manager level vacancies and can also provide an excellent back-up to a search for more senior positions. Client paid advertising is complemented with a free contingent search for senior appointments (Assistant Director and above) and free database search for Manager and below.

The increasing number of online magazines, industry journals and recruitment portals combined with traditional newspaper advertising options, offer a very wide range of media. We have considerable advertising experience and are able to offer advice on the most productive solution for our clients. Any discounts received through our media buying are passed to the client.

We take care to understand your requirements and coupled with our specialist sector knowledge are able to quickly identify the strongest candidates. Sometimes it will be necessary to advance the process to include an ideal candidate who may need to be seen swiftly rather than lose to a competitor. We will monitor this. Maybe a strong candidate contacts us just “curious” about the advert. We will arrange to interview the candidate and examine the opening fully with the aim of thoroughly examining the fit and always producing a well briefed and motivated candidate helping make the most of the advertising.
